Sarasota and Lido Beach Senior Portraits | Meet Sarah | Class of 2022

senior portrait downtown sarasota

Meet Sarah. Pine View Class of 2022.

Congratulations Sarah! Beauty, brains, and backstroke! This sweet girl is headed to swim for the University of Miami in the fall.
A few months ago, Sarah and I met Downtown Sarasota to hang out and take her Senior Portraits. She has such a great style and absolutely rocked her session! From swirling murals and rooftop sunshine, to eclectic pink archways and a gritty parking garage, we chatted and laughed and got some groovy pics along the way. That’s what it’s about for me! We hang out and have fun and the gorgeous senior photos are the icing on the cake!

Meet Kate | Class of 2020 | Girl with a Tuba

Girl in pink top holding a tuba for high school senior portrait

Meet Kate. She is a girl with a tuba. And vintage cowboy boots How badass is that? Kate’s mom Jackie and I went to college together. How fun it was to reminisce about our own college days as she prepares her daughter to head off to college next fall. We laughed and told stories and...

Meet Laney | Class of 2019 | Downtown Sarasota Senior Photos

Sarasota High School Senior Girl in white shirt on top of a parking garage in Downtown Sarasota

Meet Laney – Sarasota High Class of 2019. We took to the streets to capture her Downtown Sarasota Senior Photos. This cello playing, beach loving all-American girl is off to USC, but not without a semester detour to Rome! I couldn’t be more jealous! I’m convinced that like minded people are drawn together, so it...

“This is the beginning of anything you want.” Meet Lillian. A senior at Pine View, Lillian is also a Sailor Circus kid. Not only does she walk on a high wire, but she stands on her head and does other amazing feats. Me? I can barely walk a straight line, much less balance on a...

50 things about me. Counting down.

30: I love Ted Lasso and I want to be Rebecca when I grow up (Hannah Waddingham is all sorts of amazing).
29: For someone who used to get devastatingly homesick, I somehow developed a full-blown travel addiction.
28: I ran a whole bunch of half marathons during the 3 years I lived in the San Francisco Bay area.
27: Favorite book this year: The Frozen River.
26: I discovered my love for portrait photography when my good friend (the amazing jazz singer Ellen Winters) asked me to take her headshots because she knew I had a "good camera."

New ones every Tuesday. Catch up anytime in my Story highlights. 🤍

She still reaches for your hand without thinking.

One day she won`t.

That`s the whole reason I do mini sessions. Fifteen minutes. A beautiful spot. No forced smiles, no stiff poses, just your family exactly as you are, and a handful of images you`ll actually want on your wall.

2026 Holiday Mini Sessions are booking now at Siesta Key, Phillippi Estate Park, Urfer Family Park, and Red Truck Ranch in Myakka. Several dates and locations have already sold out, so grab your spot while there`s still a choice.
