Click the “Book Your Session” button on the Photo Day page and select an available time slot. A $25 non-refundable session fee is due at the time of booking.

Please book one time slot per dancer so each child receives their own dedicated individual session. When booking multiple siblings, they will also have time for sibling photos together.

The $25 session fee is non-refundable. If you are absolutely unable to attend on May 2 or 3, a very limited make-up date is available on May 17. As these are the only three dates available, we strongly encourage you to make every effort to attend your scheduled session.

The May 17 date is reserved for dancers who were absolutely unable to attend on May 2 or 3. Availability is very limited — please do your best to attend one of the main session dates.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time to allow time to get into costume and be ready to go. Jazz students will also receive a costume change and tap students will receive a shoe change during their session.

Each session is approximately 5 minutes. We ask for your patience as we will always do our very best to stay on schedule — however, we may occasionally run a little behind in the interest of capturing the very best images of each dancer.

Vita Dance Academy teachers Miss Elisha and Miss Breslyn will be on hand to guide all poses — they know your dancers and know how to make them shine!

To help each dancer feel relaxed and stay focused, we kindly ask that parents wait in the lobby during the session. We find that dancers tend to shine brightest when they have a little space to perform — we promise to take great care of them and can’t wait to show you the results!

Yes! When booking multiple dancers from the same family, each child will receive their own individual session as well as time for sibling photos together. Just be sure to book one time slot per dancer.

All galleries will be delivered no later than 2 weeks after your session date. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your gallery is ready.

You’ll receive an email invite with a private link to your online gallery. Your gallery is just for your family — no one else will have access to it.

Your gallery will be available for one week from the date it is delivered. All orders must be placed within that window, so be sure to browse and order promptly!

Along with your gallery invite, you’ll receive a unique coupon code good for one 8×10 print. Simply apply the code at checkout when placing your order.

Orders are placed in bulk after all orders have been received. Prints will be available for pickup at Vita Dance Academy approximately 2 weeks after the order deadline. You’ll be notified when your order is ready!
